terms & conditions

WORK ORDER SUBMISSIONS & PROTOCOL

 work orders must be sent either through our online portal

or through direct email to | jennifer@jmarkd.com

work orders must include subject line as follows: 

subject: (name) / (service type)  / (due date)

be sure to send all relevant information in the body of your email

 including any photos (high res.), license numbers, contact, info & details

all information must be received before project begins.

  work orders may not be sent via text

all work orders must be made via email

or online submission form

 

MINIMUM COMMITMENTS

​

while we are happy to help you with the occasional project,

our goal at jmarkd is to help you develop your business

- marketing is a process that thrives on consistency - 

​

 3 MONTHS | 6 MONTHS | 12 MONTHS | ONGOING

work requests per month must meet $250 minimum

ongoing work minimum must meet 3 months time or greater

​

ONE TIME SERVICES

​

client must pay up front for ANY ONE TIME service

this includes WEBSITE DESIGN

[* unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon *]

​

ONGOING WORK & BILLING

​

ongoing work may be paid bi-weekly or monthly

client billing cycles will begin on 1st and 15th each month

​

all bills must be paid within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon

late fees will be applied to any client who does not pay in a timely manner

$5 per day will be added for any late payments

work will not continue for any client who is delinquent in payments

 

WORK HOURS

 

TUESDAY -- THURSDAY 8AM -- 5PM

SATURDAY 11:30 -- 1:00PM

email requests may be sent at any time

TURNAROUND TIME

​

requests will be handled in the order in which they are received 

typical turnaround times are between 1-3 business days 

rush orders (same day) are subject to additional rush fees​
