WORK ORDER SUBMISSIONS
work orders must be sent either through our online portal or through direct email:
work orders must include subject line as follows:
subject: service needed / client name / date
be sure to send all relevant information in subject of email, including any photos (high res.), license numbers, contact & relevant info
please note: work orders may not be sent by text.
texting may apply once work order is opened and request has been confirmed. any text requests will be directed back to online submission form.
client must pay 50% up front for website design, and pay remaining balance upon receipt of final website delivery.
work orders for one time projects must be paid up front.
ongoing work may be paid bi-weekly or monthly. client billing cycles will always begin on 1st and 15th of each month.
