WORK ORDER SUBMISSIONS & PROTOCOL
work orders must be sent either through our online portal
or through direct email to |
work orders must include subject line as follows:
subject: service needed / client name / date
be sure to send all relevant information in the body of your email
including any photos (high res.), license numbers, contact, relevant info & details.
all information must be received before project begins.
please note | work orders may not be sent via text.
texting may apply once work order is opened and request has been confirmed.
any text requests will be directed back to online submission form.
all work requests per month must meet $250 minimum.
ongoing work minimum must meet 3 months time or greater.
client must pay up front for services
unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
ongoing work may be paid bi-weekly or monthly.
client billing cycles will begin on 1st and 15th ea. month.
hours | monday - friday 9:30AM -- 4:30PM
