1. Please EMAIL all work order requests: Jennifer@JMARKD.com

NOTE: Text messages are welcome for follow ups & reminders. Do not text work orders.

2. Keep all related notes & responses in the SAME email thread

NOTE: Any unrelated topics should be sent in a separate email thread with a  relevant subject line.

 

3. Give your email a relevant subject line as follows:

Subject Line: Request Type [ex. Small Postcard, Large Postcard, 8x11 Flyer] + Delivery Time Requested / Need 

DELIVERY TIMELINES:

rush delivery: 24-36 HRS: $25 fee will be added to order price

standard: 2-4 DAYS

advanced order: needed within 1 week [5-7 days]

 

BODY OF EMAIL SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

- agent full name

- lic #

- office name 

- logos 

- headshots

- website url

- email address

- disclaimers

 

TEXT INCLUDED:

- Please include any text agent  wants used in order (ex. Just Listed, Record Sales Price, etc.)

- Listing Status: Sold, New, Pending or Coming Soon, Other

- Price: Please include listing price if you want it added to your work order request

- Open House: Please include open house days & times if you want it added to your work order request

- Call to Action (If the agent wants a specific line used, please mention it here)
